If you’ve been waiting to sign up for either the MEDITATION or DREAMS class, please register immediately. I know we (myself included) can wait until the last minute to sign up for events, but the College tends to cancel 5 to 7 days in advance if they’ve not received their required minimum. The Wednesday Meditation class usually fills to capacity, but this time we need two more.

MEDITATION: BEGINNING

Wed., March 19, 7-9 P.M. for 4 weeks at Florissant Valley Campus

Discover the benefits of meditation: relaxation,mental clarity, emotional balance and spiritual attunement. Learn a variety of meditation techniques so you can discover which one works best for you. Enjoy the blessings of greater peace of mind and connection with your spiritual nature.

Fee: $49 (if you’re 60+ ask for discount)

DREAMS: WISDOM FROM WITHIN

Tues., March 25, 7-9 P.M. for 4 weeks at Forest Park Campus

Delve into the mystery of dreaming to discover the guidance dream can give.

* Explore the universal and personal meaning of symbols.

* Use “dream incubation” to solve problems, make decisions, and facilitate healing.

* Identify types of dreams such as: precognitive, recurring, guide communication. Even nightmares have a purpose.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their dreams and participate in small groups as “Dream Helpers”. The dreamer is always the final authority of his or her dreams.

EXPAND YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS: PRACTICUM

Mon., April 7 Intro  &  Mon. April 14 Series (6 sessions) * 7-9 P.M. at 2726 Ellendale Ave., 63143

This class is for those who want to deepen skills in areas of Intuition & Psychic Development, Dreams, and Transformational Imagery. It is especially designed for those who have taken classes with me in any of these topics. Each night will provide an evening of practice in one of these areas. Since this is the first time I’ve offered these Practicum Classes, I’m excited about the possibilities! If there is sufficient interest we may continue these practice sessions into the summer months. We could even add other topics like EFT & other Tapping Techniques. (If you are interested in participating, but have not attended a class with me in these areas, please contact me at 314-644-0641.)

INTRO NIGHT * April 7

This class will give an overview of the topics (Intuition, Dreams and Transformational Imagery) as well as suggest reading and exercises.  You’ll also receive important guidelines for the up-coming sessions and get acquainted with the other participants.

Fee: $15. Participants will receive $5 credit toward a single session or $10 credit toward all 6 sessions.  To Register: See info below.

EXPAND YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS: PRACTICUM  * Begins April 14 (Please note specific dates, no class on April 21 or May 26.)

The schedule for the 6 Practicum Sessions is:

• April 14 & May 12, INTUITION AND PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT  Practice Remote Viewing, Photo Reading, Psychometry, Aura Reading, and more.
• April 28 & May 19, DREAMS MESSENGERS  Imagine your dreams as messengers from your innermost Self. Access their wisdom and guidance.
• May 5 & June 2, TRANSFORMATIONAL IMAGERY  TI combines the symbolic imagery of dreams with your intuitive abilities, enabling you to find creative problems to everything from health issues, to personal relationships, to connection with your Guides. Discover the creative uses of TI for your own expanding consciousness.

Fee: $110 for all 6 classes when paid in advance. $25 for individual Practicum Classes (if space is available. Please confirm at least 3 days in advance of each class.)
